Martin Bárta

A young-generation rider who was given his chance in the team last year when his career was looking uncertain, and this year that opportunity translated into a nomination for the U23 World Championships. It turned out that his key strengths are hard work, discipline and a willingness to learn — all essential qualities for the transition to the higher levels of professional cycling. Thanks to his young age, he has plenty of room for further performance growth and specialisation.
