Miroslav Zadák, owner of ATT Investments: "The outstanding results are the product of the friendship and team culture that Radim Kijevský has managed to create here."
Today, January 7, 2027, ATT Investments — the world's best continental team of 2026 — officially closed out the previous season and presented the team and its vision for the current one at the SAGA Praha venue. There is every reason to be proud. Top of the UCI rankings among all continental teams in the world, winner of the Europe Tour, and the 8th best team in the world by number of victories and podium finishes across all teams regardless of category — these are results that are, without exaggeration, breathtaking. With changes to the racing roster, the team's strength for this season has grown even further, so defending last year's results will be challenging, but by no means impossible.
26 times in UCI races and 8 times on the domestic scene, the cyclists raised their hands above their heads as winners! On top of that, 14 second places and 16 thirds from the UCI calendar, plus a further 7 and 3 additional podium finishes at home and in Poland at races outside the UCI calendar. But this category doesn't include any "amateur" events — it covers, for example, the overall victory in the ŠKODA CUP, the domestic road series that runs throughout the entire season, and more.
Everyone is aware that this is an extraordinary achievement, one in which not only the riders themselves played a part, but also the team management, sponsors and supporters, as well as all staff. And that the foundation of such a stunning result — one that is hard to find a parallel for in Czech cycling — is that everyone pulled together with inseparable unity.
The most frequent winner, crossing the finish line first on 9 occasions, was Marceli Boguslawski: "It was the guys who worked for me during the races, who protected me, prepared me and delivered me into positions where my job was simply to finish off their work."
Following changes to the racing lineup, the oldest rider — and at the same time one of the two team captains — is now Dominik Neuman, incidentally the winner of the aforementioned ŠKODA CUP: "It was an excellent season, we performed well and achieved outstanding results throughout the year. And it was a consequence of being a great group — everyone around the team. I'm thrilled by it, it's the best I've ever experienced. I hope that this year we can build on the last one just as successfully. That will again require the hard work we've already started — our first joint team camp in Spain went well, we have quality coaches and sports directors. Each of us has to strive to be the best we can, and when we combine that with a team-first approach, it should bear fruit once again."
The key figure is team owner and general manager Radim Kijevský. Over 12 years, the team climbed step by step under his leadership until it reached, in essence, the very top. Staying there tends to be harder — everyone is aware of that — but the conditions for achieving that goal have been put in place across every dimension, from the composition of the roster, through equipment, nutrition and scientific knowledge, to a highly motivating environment.
"First and foremost, I want to thank everyone who has supported us and continues to do so. Without them, we could never have achieved such success — success that is perhaps not always fully appreciated at home. But on the international stage, we have earned extraordinary respect. This was reflected, among other things, in the fact that at higher-category races we were perhaps the only team at continental level that teams from higher divisions allowed to participate fully and on equal terms in race finales. That was an expression of respect for our results as well as for our cycling craft and team approach. However, it has its — with a slight hint of irony — flip side. It was already the case last year, but this year it will become even more pronounced: we will be more in the spotlight, everyone will be watching what we do and how we approach each race, and essentially everyone will be racing against us. By significantly strengthening the team, we intend to blunt this 'handicap' and once again go step by step towards our main goal, which is victory in the Europe Tour," said Radim Kijevský in a speech that was slightly tinged with emotion — and all the more genuine for it.
He was complemented — laconically, but all the more strikingly — by ATT Investments company owner Miroslav Zadák: "Whether this season will be better or worse than the last doesn't really concern me that much. Because I am absolutely satisfied! I support several sports, but what Radim has created is without equal. I am genuinely proud of this team — no exaggeration! And it's not just about the results themselves, or even primarily about them. The most precious thing is the spirit of friendship, the attitude towards sport, and the social culture. And that breathes through this team and this project at every turn!"
Perhaps the best illustration of the impact this environment has on the riders themselves came from Kryštof Král. The 18-year-old super talent and junior national champion had secured a lucrative contract with Swiss team Tudor when moving up to the senior ranks, but as sometimes happens, they didn't quite see eye to eye on ideas and methods. It looked like a sad end to a promising career. ATT Investments threw him the proverbial lifeline, and Kryštof now says: "I'm thrilled — I look forward to every training session, I look forward to the guys and the team. I'm a completely different person!"
But he's not the only one. The aforementioned Marceli Boguslawski had an offer to move to second-division team Unibet Rose Rockets after last season — but chose to stay at ATT Investments.
And Miká Heming, who after his outstanding results in the ATT Investments jersey three years ago spent three years with Pro team Tudor Pro Cycling — racing numerous events at the highest level including the most prestigious races — has this year decided to return to where he launched himself into the world of top-level cycling. And he is determined to put his experience and acquired form at the service of the team: "I want to play my part in winning as many victories as possible. And it doesn't primarily matter whether it's me or someone else on the team!"
Finally, let's include a current expression of appreciation from abroad. A representative of Enervit — the nutrition supplement brand used by, among others, the world's best team UAE Emirates–XRG led by Tadej Pogačar — had a message for the team: "From Italy, they send word that they greatly value being able to support this team, that you use their products, and that you can count on their full support going forward!"
